What is Physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy is the cornerstone of Treatment Table, based on key fundamental principles, using hands on assessment and treatment, mixed with specific resistance training to target weaknesses and build confidence back in the injured area.

We aim for you to leave the sessions with a clear plan of how us, and yourself will manage your problem.

We encourage you to express your concerns and believe that a happy, relaxed and comfortable space will provide the best environment for you to achieve your rehab goals.

Why The Treatment Table?

One of the biggest complaints of most therapists is that they don’t listen. we believe in helping you understand your injury and why its happening. Then you’re in a position, with our help, to take control and develop a plan to get you back to being fully fit and pain free.

If you know what kind of physiotherapy treatment you need, perfect! If not we’ll listen as you tell us what has been hurting, where and why. Then we’ll decide on the best treatment for you.

We will of course first carry out an examination of your injury before we progress to any treatment, and make sure you are pleased with the course of action recommended. We’re as eager as you are to fix your injuries or pains and will always take a scientific approach to your assessment and treatment plan.

Your session will be unique, because it is all about you and your particular needs.
